We are seeking a passionate, motivated and creative "Sales / Solutions Specialist" to join our award-winning Install Team.

This position will present client solutions for:

• Paver Patio - Outdoor Living Projects
• Pavilion and Pergola Sales
• Artificial Turf Sales
• Creative Landscape Installations

Our ‘Solutions Specialist’ is a new role for this company and we are excited to put this position to work. This position will be the link between our clients and our operation.

Typical Day to Day Responsibilites:

• Assisting customers in our indoor/outdoor showroom with samples and product demonstrations.
• Assisting our designer with client concepts and expectations
• Working with sales team to prepare and accurately complete client proposals/estimates.
• Working directly with clients by keeping them informed on daily expectations and work
• Responding to inbound leads from potential customers.
• Analyzing company ‘vetting systems’ and their effectiveness
• Scheduling and re-confirming sales appointments and installations.
• Managing logistics of the company’s work-flow.
• Provide administrative support to the sales staff.
• Assisting Office Manager answering telephone and responding to email inquiries.
• Job Costing
• Ordering and receiving materials.
• Working with shop/yard foreman to verify project materials are ready for install date.
• Working with foreman / sales team to coordinate and communicate with clients on install date and scheduling.
